As a deep tech investor with $400M+ AUM and experience in both single-family office and VCs, I backed early-stage startups and funds, launched ventures and non-profits, and built innovation industries. Before venture, I spent a decade in foreign policy, diplomacy, and national security.

Recently I launched Universe Partners, the First Resilience Tech Investment House, backed by big tech and Fortune 50 executives, assets management professionals, and world leaders.
I was also named Forbes 30 Under 30 and Tech12’s 12 Most Influential in Israeli Tech. I Holds a Master in National Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.
